REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Item damaged during transit

  • Item lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence

  • Product must be unused and unopened

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Misunderstanding of product purpose

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Products used outside stated purpose

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
We encourage customers to contact support to resolve issues quickly and amicably.
