Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Method & Tracking

Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is considered proof of delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds unless reshipment fees are covered.
Items Not Received (INR)
If tracking shows “Delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled.
